About this podcast

Welcome to You Belong Here — a podcast for the overthinkers, the anxious minds, the exhausted parents, and the people simply trying to heal, grow, understand themselves, and find a little more peace in this strange human experience. I’m not a doctor, therapist, or guru. I’m just a stay-at-home mom of two young girls trying to navigate life, emotions, relationships, nervous system overload, healing, and everything in between. Recently, I’ve become deeply fascinated by the human brain, neuroplasticity, and the ways we can slowly begin rewiring the patterns that keep us stuck. I’d love to share some of the things that have helped me along the way, and if this podcast helps even one person feel less alone, then it’s worth it. This is a space for honesty, growth, humor, compassion, self-awareness, and learning how to carry life a little lighter — together.
