Episode #52
The Highest-ROI Leadership Skill Nobody's Measuring | Episode #052 | Adam Nemer
Jun 17, 202626 min
This week, the Leading With Respect podcast turns one year old — Episode 52. I've got separate posts running on that milestone, so I'll keep this part short: thank you dear guests for your wisdom and heart, on this critical topic. I want to lead with the actual argument of this week's episode, because it's worth stating plainly before I get into the story. My guest, Adam Nemer, was a CFO and operations executive at Kaiser Permanente, and is now the author of the new book Simple Mental Health. His core claim, backed by two decades sitting on the finance side of a 200,000-person organization, is this: Listening is the highest-leverage, lowest-cost leadership skill in your business, and almost nobody is managing it as a metric. That's not a soft observation. That's a gap in your operating model. Read the article on LinkedIn.
Respect Shows Up Differently by Culture | Episode #051 | Michelle Zou
Jun 10, 202622 min
Respect Shows Up Differently by Culture Michelle Zou, PCC, MBA, PhD Candidate in Happiness Studies on happiness research, cross-cultural blind spots, and why what feels respectful to you may feel like the opposite to someone else. We tend to think of respect as something we either have or don't. A character trait. A cultural value. Something leadership declares and HR measures once a year in an engagement survey. Michelle Zhou — executive coach, wellbeing researcher, and PhD candidate in happiness studies — sees it differently. To her, respect is a lived experience, and my hand goes up big time to that! The gap between what a leader intends and the impact on employees is where most organizations are quietly losing people. This ties to low engagement scores. This week's conversation on Leading With Respect is one worth sitting with slowly. Read the article on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/respect-shows-up-differently-culture-bobby-bakshi-bfb7c
Treating people as objects creates the absence of respect | Episode #050 | Phillip Cave
Jun 5, 202618 min
Treating people as objects creates the absence of respect. Phillip Cave on pattern recognition, personal responsibility, and why honoring someone is a verb — not a value on a wall. Most leaders I talk to genuinely believe they respect their people. They also have teams where trust is low, feedback is guarded, and conflict gets buried. So what's the gap? This week on Leading With Respect, I sat down with Phillip Cave , a former software engineer and principal program manager who backed into the people side of business and never left. Consider his wisdom and share it with your people, your network.n, personal responsibility, and why honoring someone is a verb — not a value on a wall.
The Leadership Imperative Most Underinvesting In | Episode #049 | Craig Devereaux
May 28, 202622 min
There is a question I have asked in boardrooms, at leadership offsites, and in quiet one-on-ones with founders who are wondering why their organizations feel harder to run than they should be. The question is deceptively simple: Do your people believe you count their needs as important? Not do you have a good benefits package? Not do you hold quarterly town halls? Not do you have a stated set of company values printed somewhere on a wall? Do your people — in their bones — believe that you, as their leader, genuinely regard their needs as worthy of your consideration? This week on the Leading With Respect podcast, I had the privilege of sitting down with Craig Devereaux , Founder and CEO of Advius Group, an executive search and coaching firm built around a thesis I find both intellectually rigorous and morally grounded: that executive failure and team underperformance are, at their core, a respect problem. And that leaders who get this right don't just build better cultures — they build better business outcomes. The conversation went places I didn't expect. I want to bring the best of it to you here. True Respect: Why Leaders Must Call Out "The Turd on the Table" | Episode #048 | Rishad Tobaccowala
May 20, 202620 min
We’ve all seen the corporate posters. The ones plastered in breakrooms or splashed across landing pages featuring buzzwords like Integrity, Collaboration, and, most frequently, Respect. But what happens when the rubber meets the road? What does respect actually look like when financial targets are missed, a high-paying client treats your team like scum, or a massive organizational shift is underway? In this week's episode, I sat down with Rishad Tobaccowala —author, speaker, and former Chief Strategist and Growth Officer at Publicis Group. Over a 45-year career spanning massive corporate ecosystems and his current chapter as a "company of one," Rishad has mastered the art of organizational reinvention. He shared a masterclass on what true workplace respect looks like, how to navigate toxic cultures, and why human emotion is our ultimate competitive advantage in the age of AI. See the LinkedIn article summarizing the conversation here.

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
