This podcast teaches us how to navigate through these tough times and still live your best life and be your best self regardless of what's going on around us. Although we are living in tumultuous times right now it is important to keep our light shining. This podcast started out to help people going through a serious diagnosis, or any kind of trauma in a positive way, how to navigate through it and realize there is life after the rug is pulled out from under you. It has taken a lot of twists and turns which has a lot of insights for everyone. I recommend starting with Episode 1 and moving forward from there as the episodes build off each other. This podcast is about going from (unhealthy) to HEALTHy and from (unhappy) to HAPPY. I will share what has helped me and some epiphanies to go along with it. My goal is to help anyone going through the same journey and hopefully make things
