  In tonight's episode, we will be digging into the emergence, growth, and evolution of civil disturbance protocols and continuity of government planning. Tracing the path from the civil rights movement in the 60's, giving rise to Lantern Spike/COINTELPRO/early Garden Plot infrastructure, through REX-84 during the Reagan/Bush years, enactment during Hurricane Katrina, and taking it all the way through the most recent NSPM-7 issued in 2025. This is an epic journey in civil disobedience planning that shows how we have progressed to the digital panopticon that we now see ourselves facing down, and what meaningful ways we have to resist it. I didn't mention it in the episode because I suppose I just assumed if you listen to the show, then you probably already know it is the first move, but calling, writing, and pressuring your senators and congress to not pass any further 4th Amendment-destroying legislation is always the first move. Although it seems that this has less and less power these days, and corporations, lobby groups, and the oligarchs will always outweigh our opinions, we still have to try to grab any of the levers of power that are still remotely within our reach.
