Jean-Luc Brunel: podcast appearances and interviews

Jean-Luc Brunel was a French model scout known for leading the international modelling agency Karin Models and founding MC2 Model Management with financing from Jeffrey Epstein. He gained prominence in the fashion industry and was subject to scrutiny for his associations with Epstein, with whom he worked from the early 2000s until 2015 after being introduced by Ghislaine Maxwell. Brunel faced allegations of procuring prostitution and sexual assault spanning over three decades and was accused by Virginia Giuffre of grooming girls and participating in a sex trafficking operation involving Epstein. Brunel denied involvement in illegal activities connected to Epstein. Following Epstein's death in 2019, Brunel went into hiding, but he was later linked to ongoing investigations by French authorities into crimes associated with Epstein and others. In December 2020, Brunel was arrested and charged with sexual harassment and the rape of minors. He died by suicide in La Santé Prison in February 2022 before his trial could proceed. His name appeared in documents retrieved in 2026, listing him among individuals considered co-conspirators of Epstein by the FBI. French authorities announced they were re-examining his case in 2026 following the release of the Epstein files.
