Why did I get this email?

You were contacted by a podcast guest or PR professional using PitchCentric, a tool that helps people pitch themselves as guests on podcasts. The sender chose to email you directly because they believe your show is a good match for their topic. PitchCentric did not select you automatically.

We use a small logo and a one-pixel image at the bottom of the email so the sender can see whether the message was likely opened. This signal is not perfect: corporate firewalls and image-blocking can mark unread mail as opened, so it should be read as "likely seen" rather than a confirmed read.
