William Jack Poulter is an English actor born on 28 January 1993. He has been recognized for his work in both film and television, receiving a British Academy Film Award and nominations for two Primetime Emmy Awards. Poulter first gained attention through his appearance in the television series School of Comedy in 2009 and subsequently appeared in the adventure film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader in 2010, portraying the character Eustace Scrubb. His career expanded with his leading role in the comedy film We’re the Millers in 2013, which contributed to his international recognition. The following year, he received the BAFTA Rising Star Award. Poulter’s filmography includes roles in the dystopian science fiction trilogy The Maze Runner, comprising the first and third films, as well as in notable movies such as The Revenant, Detroit, Midsommar, On Swift Horses, and Warfare.
