Trish Stratus: podcast appearances and interviews

Patricia Anne Stratigeas, better known as Trish Stratus, is a Canadian professional wrestler, yoga instructor, actress, and former fitness model who is signed to WWE. She is a WWE Hall of Fame member and is recognized for her record as the longest reigning Women’s Champion, holding the title for 448 days. Stratus began her career as a fitness model after initially studying at York University to become a doctor. She joined the World Wrestling Federation in 2000, initially involved in sexually themed storylines before gaining popularity through increased in-ring experience. She achieved notable accomplishments such as being a one-time WWE Hardcore Champion, a three-time WWE Babe of the Year, and was named Diva of the Decade. Stratus retired from full-time wrestling in 2006 after winning her seventh WWE Women’s Championship and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2013. Despite her retirement, she made sporadic WWE appearances, including participation in WrestleMania XXVII and the first Women’s Royal Rumble in 2018. She returned to compete at SummerSlam 2019 against Charlotte Flair and appeared in a six-woman tag team match at WrestleMania 39 in 2023. She briefly resumed a full-time role with WWE until September 2023 and made a return at the Royal Rumble in February 2025. Beyond wrestling, Stratus has appeared on magazine covers, in films, and has hosted television shows. She was a judge on WWE Tough Enough and Canada's Got Talent, and has been involved in charity work. She also owned a yoga studio at one point in her career.
