Tom McGrath: podcast appearances and interviews

Tom McGrath is the Deputy Director of the Clark County Child Support Enforcement Agency. His professional responsibilities include overseeing administrative operations and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations within the agency. McGrath's role involves managing staff and implementing policies aimed at improving child support enforcement services. While he is primarily known for his work in a public agency, his background includes experience in animation and voice acting, notably for the DreamWorks animated film Madagascar. In this project, he co-wrote and directed the film alongside Eric Darnell, and also provided the voice for the character Skipper the Penguin. McGrath's work in animation extended to directing other major DreamWorks films such as Megamind and The Boss Baby, the latter earning nominations for the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award. He returned as director for the sequel to The Boss Baby released in 2021. In his current role, McGrath contributes to the effective management of child support services within Clark County.
