Timothy Patrick Murray, born on June 7, 1968, is an American lawyer and a member of the Democratic Party. He has served as the executive director of Bravo Zulu House. Murray's political career includes serving as the 71st lieutenant governor of Massachusetts from 2007 to 2013. He resigned from this position to become the head of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce. Prior to his tenure as lieutenant governor, Murray served on the Worcester City Council from 1998 to 2007. He also held the position of mayor of Worcester from 2002 to 2007, a role that also involved serving as an at-large member of the city council. Throughout his career, Murray has been involved in both local and state government, contributing to public service and civic leadership.
