Dave Ross: podcast appearances and interviews

Dave Ross, born on April 10, 1952, is a retired American broadcast journalist known for his long tenure at KIRO Radio in Seattle. He joined the station as a news anchor in 1978 and began hosting his own talk show in 1987. Throughout his career, Ross sometimes broadcast his show from various locations, including overseas settings such as Baghdad, Iraq, in April 2004. In addition to his work on KIRO Radio, he provided daily political commentary for the CBS Radio Network. Ross's career extended into politics when he ran as the Democratic Party candidate for the United States House of Representatives in Washington's 8th congressional district in 2004. Beyond his broadcasting career, Ross has been active in performing arts for over thirty years as a member of the Seattle Gilbert and Sullivan Society. He retired from broadcasting in 2024, concluding a notable career in journalism and public discourse.
