Steve Watson: podcast appearances and interviews

Steve Watson is a portfolio manager at Summit Path Group. His professional background includes a career as a football player and manager. Watson played as a right-back or midfielder for several clubs in the Premier League and Football League, including Newcastle United, Aston Villa, Everton, West Bromwich Albion, and Sheffield Wednesday. He was capped once by the England national B team and played twelve times for the under-21 team, scoring one goal. After retiring from playing, Watson transitioned into coaching. He was appointed as an academy coach at Huddersfield Town in 2010 and later followed former teammate Lee Clark to Birmingham City. He also served as an assistant manager at Macclesfield Town. His first managerial role was with Gateshead in 2017, and he subsequently managed York City from 2019 until 2021.
