Sherri Shepherd: podcast appearances and interviews

Sherri Evonne Shepherd, born on April 22, 1967, is an American comedian, actress, author, podcaster, television presenter, and talk show host. She gained prominence as a co-host on the daytime talk show The View from 2007 to 2014, earning multiple Daytime Emmy Award nominations and winning one in 2009. Shepherd has also hosted Dish Nation from 2019 to December 2022 and the daily syndicated talk show Sherri from 2022 to 2026. Her acting career includes roles in sitcoms such as The Jamie Foxx Show, Less than Perfect, Sherri, Trial & Error, and Mr. Iglesias. In addition to her television work, she authored the book Permission Slips: Every Woman's Guide to Giving Herself a Break in 2009. In 2012, Shepherd participated as a contestant on the 14th season of Dancing with the Stars. Her television appearances include a recurring role as Angie Jordan on the NBC sitcom 30 Rock and a recurring role on the HBO Max series The Sex Lives of College Girls. She has also hosted the game show Best Ever Trivia Show.
