Shellye Archambeau is an American businesswoman and the former chief executive officer of MetricStream, a governance, risk, and compliance company based in Palo Alto, California. Throughout her career, she has held various executive roles at multiple organizations, including a notable 15-year tenure at IBM. During her time at IBM, she became the first African American woman at the company to be assigned an international role.
