Sean Martin: podcast appearances and interviews

Seán Martin is an executive producer and guitarist for the band The Quarantined. He is affiliated with Point Park University. In addition to his work in music, Martin has held public service roles, serving as a Fianna Fáil councillor on Cork City Council since he was co-opted in July 1997 to fill the seat vacated by his brother, Micheál Martin, following his ministerial appointment. Martin was re-elected at subsequent local elections and has maintained his seat throughout his career. During his time in office, he served as Lord Mayor of Cork from 2004 to 2005 and has been the leader of Fianna Fáil on Cork City Council since 2021. He participates in several committees within the council and represents Cork City Council on the board of the Association of Irish Local Government, the Cork Education and Training Board, and the Cork Film Festival. Martin's multifaceted career encompasses both his musical pursuits and his long-standing involvement in local government.
