Sean Burke, born on January 29, 1967, is a Canadian professional with a background in ice hockey and current experience in strategy consulting. He has served as the strategy lead for the nonprofit practice at SBI, The Growth Advisory. Burke is notably recognized for his career as a professional ice hockey goaltender, during which he played 18 seasons in the National Hockey League from 1988 to 2007. His NHL tenure included stints with teams such as the New Jersey Devils, Hartford Whalers, Carolina Hurricanes, Vancouver Canucks, Philadelphia Flyers, Florida Panthers, Phoenix Coyotes, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Los Angeles Kings. Burke was born in Windsor, Ontario, and grew up in Toronto, Ontario. He has also achieved significant success in hockey, including winning the Stanley Cup in 2023 with the Vegas Golden Knights, where he currently serves as director of goaltending.
