Scott Ford: podcast appearances and interviews

Scott Ford is an American session bassist, vocalist, and arranger. He has toured extensively in Europe and America with his own bands Legal Tender, Fast Becoming Adam, and The Scott Ford Band. After relocating to Los Angeles, he built a career playing in studio and live settings. Ford is the founding bassist of the Los Angeles-based cover band Camp Freddy and has been a member of The Twilight Singers since 2003. His contributions to the group include songwriting and arranging for studio albums, and he is credited by band leader Greg Dulli with helping to refocus the band and complete multiple records. Dulli has expressed high regard for Ford's influence and positive impact within the band. In 2009, Ford faced a serious health challenge due to an advanced bone loss medical condition that resulted in severe blood infections. A benefit concert was organized to support him, featuring performances by multiple notable musicians including Duff McKagan, Dave Navarro, Scott Shriner, and others. Ford's career is marked by his versatile musicianship and significant contributions to various musical projects.
