Robert Strauss, born October 1, 1983, is an American professional wrestler and manager currently signed to WWE. He performs as the on-screen NXT general manager under the ring name Robert Stone and also works as a producer. In addition to his WWE role, he makes appearances for partner promotion TNA Wrestling, where he manages The Diamond Collective, which includes Tessa Blanchard, Victoria Crawford, and Mila Moore. Previously, Strauss performed in TNA under the ring name Robbie E, where he achieved significant success as a two-time TNA World Tag Team Champion with Jessie Godderz as part of The BroMans. He also held titles such as TNA Television Champion and TNA X Division Champion. During his tenure in TNA, he briefly served as the Overseer to the Director of Authority with the moniker Sheriff Stone. Strauss has a background competing in various independent promotions across the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions, under the ring name Rob Eckos.
