Rebecca Quin, known by her ring name Becky Lynch, is an Irish professional wrestler signed to WWE since April 2013. She performs on the Raw brand and is recognized for her significant achievements within the company. Quin began her training as a professional wrestler in 2002, initially competing in Ireland and occasionally teaming with her brother under the ring name Rebecca Knox. She expanded her career across Europe and North America on the independent circuit, competing in promotions such as Elite Canadian Championship Wrestling where she became the inaugural SuperGirls Champion in 2005. In 2006, Quin suffered a severe head injury during a match that kept her from wrestling for several years. She returned to the sport in 2012 and signed with WWE a year later, initially joining the developmental territory NXT. Following her rise to WWE's main roster, she became the inaugural SmackDown Women's Champion at Backlash 2016 and held the title five times. In 2018, Lynch adopted a more aggressive persona, attacking Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam and branding herself as 'The Man,' which increased her popularity. Her accomplishments include winning the Royal Rumble in 2019 and headlining WrestleMania 35 by winning both Raw and SmackDown Women's Championships, making her the first woman to do so and the first woman to headline a WrestleMania. After a maternity break in 2020, she returned in August 2021, defeating Bianca Belair to become a four-time SmackDown Women's Champion. Throughout her career, she has achieved multiple titles, including WWE's Sixth Women's Triple Crown and Grand Slam Championships, and set records for longest title reigns.
