Robert Hammond Patrick, born on November 5, 1958, is an American actor recognized for portraying villains and authority figures. His breakthrough role was as the T-1000 antagonist in the film Terminator 2: Judgment Day in 1991, following a supporting role in Die Hard 2 in 1990. He has appeared in a variety of films including Fire in the Sky, Striptease, Cop Land, The Faculty, Spy Kids, Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, Walk the Line, Flags of Our Fathers, and Bridge to Terabithia. On television, Patrick has played lead roles such as FBI Special Agent John Doggett in The X-Files from 2000 to 2002, Colonel Tom Ryan in The Unit from 2006 to 2009, DHS agent Cabe Gallo in Scorpion from 2014 to 2018, and Auggie Smith / White Dragon in Peacemaker starting in 2022. He has also held recurring and single-season roles in series like The Sopranos, True Blood, 1923, Reacher, and Tulsa King. Additionally, he portrayed Vernon Presley in the miniseries Elvis in 2005.
