Richard Starks, born February 21, 1990, is an American professional wrestler. He began his career in 2012 working on various independent promotions. In 2018, he joined the National Wrestling Alliance where he became the inaugural holder of the revived NWA World Television Championship. In 2020, Starks signed with All Elite Wrestling and became part of the stable Team Taz, during which he won the FTW Championship. After departing from the stable, he achieved notable success by winning the 2023 Owen Hart Cup and securing the AEW World Tag Team Championship. In 2025, Starks left AEW and signed with WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown brand under the ring name Ricky Saints. In WWE, he has held the NXT North American Championship and the NXT Championship.
