Pete Stahl: podcast appearances and interviews

Peter Marc Stahl is an American musician known for his work with the Virginia-based punk and hardcore band Scream, which included his brother Franz as well as childhood friends Enoch Thompson and Kent Stacks. The band also featured drummer Dave Grohl for a brief period; Grohl has credited Stahl as the inspiration for the song My Hero. In the 1990s, Stahl formed Wool with his brother and has also provided vocals for bands such as Goatsnake and Earthlings?. Beyond his performing career, Stahl worked for The Viper Room in Los Angeles and contributed to the Sunn O))) album ØØ Void. He was also involved in the Orquesta del Desierto project, a series of albums themed around the desert, and participated in the first four volumes of Josh Homme's collaborative series The Desert Sessions. Stahl toured with Queens of the Stone Age from 1998 to 1999, performing songs from The Desert Sessions and providing backing vocals for various tracks. In addition to his musical pursuits, he works as a tour manager, primarily for bands including Rival Sons and Coheed and Cambria.
