Pauline Nguyen: podcast appearances and interviews

Pauline Nguyen is an Australian author and restaurateur born in Vietnam. Her family fled Vietnam following the communist takeover of Saigon in 1975. After a challenging sea voyage in 1977, her family found refuge in a Thai refugee camp and was granted asylum in Australia in 1978. Nguyen co-founded the Red Lantern restaurant in Sydney in 2002 with her brother Luke Nguyen. She has authored several publications, including Secrets of the Red Lantern, a memoir that combines her family's history with traditional Vietnamese recipes. This book received awards for Newcomer of the Year and Biography of the Year at the Australian Book Industry Awards in 2008. She also authored The Way of the Spiritual Entrepreneur, which won the Australian Business Book Award in 2019 for Best Entrepreneurship and Small Business. In 2020, Nguyen participated in the third season of the Australian documentary series Filthy Rich and Homeless. Additionally, she is recognized as an award-winning author, an internationally acclaimed speaker, and a spiritual entrepreneur.
