Nicholas Scott Lachey is an American singer-songwriter, television personality, producer, and actor born on November 9, 1973. He gained prominence as the lead singer of the boyband 98 Degrees, which achieved multi-platinum sales. Lachey expanded his career into television, most notably starring in the reality series Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica alongside his then-wife Jessica Simpson. As a solo artist, he has released four albums: SoulO, What's Left of Me, A Father's Lullaby, and Soundtrack of My Life. His television appearances include a recurring role on Charmed and hosting gigs such as NBC's The Sing-Off. He also co-hosted VH1's Big Morning Buzz Live from 2014 to 2015, as well as Nickelodeon's America's Most Musical Family.
