Neil Rogers: podcast appearances and interviews

Neil Rogers (November 5, 1942 – December 24, 2010) was an American talk radio personality known for his influential presence in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale media market. He hosted The Neil Rogers Show, which aired on weekdays from 10am to 2pm on 560 WQAM until his retirement on June 22, 2009. The program was the top-rated show in the area and maintained its popularity since Rogers debuted in Miami in 1976. Although his show was not syndicated nationally or regionally, Rogers gained significant recognition within the industry; Talkers magazine ranked him as the 15th most important personality in talk radio in 2006. In addition to his broadcasting career, Rogers served as the owner and vice president of marketing and sales at Rogers Marketing. He passed away at the age of 68 at the Vitas Hospice located at the Florida Medical Center in Broward County, Florida.
