Munroe Bergdorf: podcast appearances and interviews

Munroe Bergdorf is an English model and activist born on September 11, 1987. She has appeared on catwalks for brands such as Gypsy Sport at both London and New York City Fashion Weeks. Bergdorf was notably the first transgender model in the United Kingdom to work with L'Oréal; however, she was dropped by the company within weeks following a racial row. In February 2018, she was appointed as an LGBT adviser to the Labour Party but resigned from the role a month later. In May 2018, Bergdorf appeared in the Channel 4 documentary What Makes a Woman. She was awarded the 'Changemaker of the Year' at the 2018 Cosmopolitan Awards and received an honorary doctorate from the University of Brighton in 2019. The same year, she joined UN Women UK as an advocate, supporting the #DrawALine campaign aimed at ending female genital mutilation.
