Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi: podcast appearances and interviews

Mihaly Robert Csikszentmihalyi was a Hungarian-American psychologist known for his work on the psychological concept of flow. He identified and named flow as a highly focused mental state conducive to creativity. Csikszentmihalyi held the position of Distinguished Professor of Psychology and Management at Claremont Graduate University. His academic career also included roles as the head of the department of psychology at the University of Chicago and as the head of the department of sociology and anthropology at Lake Forest College. His research has significantly contributed to understanding the conditions that foster optimal experiences and creativity.
