Mark Jacobs: podcast appearances and interviews

Mark Jacobs is a member of the Garden City Council and a candidate for mayor. He has a background as a game designer, programmer, author, and businessman. Jacobs served as the general manager, vice president, and chief executive officer of Mythic Entertainment, a company he led until it was sold to Electronic Arts in 2006. Following the acquisition, he continued his leadership role at EA. He is best known for his work as a lead designer on the online game Dark Age of Camelot and for creating the unreleased Camelot Unchained. Additionally, Jacobs developed two early multi-user dungeons, Aradath and Dragon's Gate, in which he served as both designer and programmer, alongside his responsibilities as President and CEO. His career began with the founding of Adventures Unlimited Software Inc. in 1983, through which he worked on various computer games for systems including the Apple II. Jacobs departed EA in 2009 after the company's decision to merge BioWare with Mythic Entertainment.
