Marcia Chatelain: podcast appearances and interviews

Marcia Chatelain, born in 1979, is an American academic specializing in Africana Studies at the University of Pennsylvania where she holds the title of Penn Presidential Compact Professor. She is recognized for her scholarly contributions and her ability to engage with social and cultural issues through her work. Chatelain is the author of the book Franchise: The Golden Arches in Black America, published in 2020, which earned her the Pulitzer Prize for History in 2021.
