Leslie Lloyd Odom Jr. is an American actor, singer, and songwriter born on August 6, 1981. He made his Broadway debut in 1998 and gained significant recognition for his role as Aaron Burr in the musical Hamilton. His portrayal of Burr earned him a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical and a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album in the same year. The live stage recording of Hamilton, which features his performance, was released on Disney+ and earned him a nomination for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Actor in a Leading Role in a Limited Series or Movie.

Odom has appeared in various television series including Smash and Person of Interest. His film credits include Red Tails, Murder on the Orient Express, Harriet, The Many Saints of Newark, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery, and The Exorcist: Believer.
