Laura Kate Harvey, born on May 15, 1980, is an English football manager and former player. She currently manages Seattle Reign FC in the National Women's Soccer League and holds USSF 'A' and UEFA 'A' coaching licenses. Harvey has a diverse coaching background, having managed the United States women's national under-20 soccer team, Utah Royals FC, Arsenal, and Birmingham City. She has also served as an assistant coach for the United States women's national team and for England's under-17, under-19, and under-23 national teams. Her achievements include being named FA WSL Manager of the Year in 2011 after guiding Arsenal to win the league title, FA Cup, and Continental Cup. She received the NWSL Coach of the Year award in 2014, 2015, and 2021. Harvey was the second woman to earn a U.S. Soccer Pro License and is recognized as the first coach in NWSL history to coach 200 regular season games. As of July 2023, she holds the NWSL record for the most regular season wins, reflecting her prominent position within women's professional soccer.
