Kishore Mahbubani: podcast appearances and interviews

Kishore Mahbubani is a Singaporean diplomat and geopolitical consultant known for his service as Singapore's Permanent Representative to the United Nations. He held this position from 1984 to 1989 and again from 1998 to 2004. During his tenure, he also served as President of the United Nations Security Council from 2001 to 2002. After stepping down from his diplomatic roles, Mahbubani continued to contribute to academic and policy discussions by serving as a senior advisor at the National University of Singapore and engaging in a nine-month sabbatical at several universities, including Harvard University's Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation. He is currently a Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Research Institute and was elected in 2019 as a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. From 2004 to 2017, he served as Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore, further establishing his influence in the field of international relations and public policy.
