Katie Hill: podcast appearances and interviews

Katherine Lauren Hill, born on August 25, 1987, is an American former politician and social services administrator from Agua Dulce, California. She served as a United States representative for California's 25th congressional district from January to November 2019 as a member of the Democratic Party. Prior to her congressional service, she was the executive director of People Assisting the Homeless, a statewide non-profit organization dedicated to ending homelessness throughout California. Hill's election to Congress followed her victory over the incumbent Republican Steve Knight in the 2018 midterm elections. During her time in office, Hill faced public scrutiny related to personal and privacy issues, which included the publication of her photos and her admission of having had an inappropriate relationship before her election. She announced her resignation from Congress in October 2019, and her term concluded in November of the same year. In 2021, Hill was ordered to pay legal damages related to the publication of her photos. Currently, she is the chief executive officer of Union Station Homeless Services, continuing her work in the social services sector.
