Kate Bailey: podcast appearances and interviews

Kate Bailey is the chief policy officer at the Association of Plastic Recyclers. Her background includes being a Paralympic medalist swimmer from Australia, with notable achievements in the 2000 Sydney Games and the 2004 Athens Games where she secured two bronze medals in each Olympics. She competed in multiple events at each Games, including the women's 100 meter butterfly S9 and the women's 4 by 100 meter medley 34 points relay. In 2002, she participated in the Commonwealth Games in Manchester as part of the Australian women's team. That same year, she earned three gold medals and one silver at the IPC Swimming World Championships held in Mar del Plata, Argentina. Throughout her swimming career, Bailey was coached by Graeme Gub Carroll at the Warringah Aquatic Swim Club and held a scholarship from the Australian Institute of Sport from 2002 to 2005.
