Jonathan Howsmon Davis, born on January 18, 1971, is an American musician and business developer known for his role as director of business development and partner relations at PEAK Sport Media. He is also recognized for his career as a singer, songwriter, and musician. Davis gained prominence as the lead vocalist and frontman of the nu metal band Korn, which he co-founded in Bakersfield in 1993 after the dissolution of the bands Sexart and L.A.P.D. His intense live performances, personal lyrics, and distinctive vocal style, which includes switching from atmospheric tones to aggressive screams, have made him a notable figure in the music industry. Over his career spanning more than three decades, Davis's work has influenced many musicians and performers.
