Jim Acosta: podcast appearances and interviews

Abilio James Acosta, born on April 17, 1971, is an American broadcast journalist affiliated with CNN. He worked for CNN from 2007 to 2025, serving as the network's chief White House correspondent during the Obama and first Trump administrations. In this role, he became known for his interactions with President Donald Trump during press briefings. In January 2021, Acosta was appointed CNN's anchor and chief domestic correspondent. On January 28, 2025, he made his final broadcast on CNN after declining a different time slot for his CNN Newsroom show.
