Jerome Corsi: podcast appearances and interviews

Jerome Robert Corsi, born on August 31, 1946, is an American author and known for his role in propagating conspiracy theories. He has authored several books, including the bestsellers Unfit for Command in 2004 and The Obama Nation in 2008, which were critical of Democratic presidential candidates and faced criticism for inaccuracies. Corsi has written columns for conservative and right-wing websites such as WorldNetDaily and Human Events. His writings have discussed various conspiracy theories, including claims about the alleged plans for a North American Union government, birther allegations questioning President Barack Obama's citizenship, criticisms of the U.S. government's handling of the September 11 attacks, and accusations of U.S. support for Iran's nuclear development. In 2017, he served as the Washington, D.C., bureau chief for the conspiracy theory website InfoWars, although he no longer works there. In 2018, Corsi was subpoenaed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller's investigation regarding his contacts with former Trump adviser Roger Stone and alleged foreknowledge of WikiLeaks' release of stolen emails. Corsi claimed he declined a plea deal and denied knowing about such activities. Court documents indicated he had communicated with Stone about impending WikiLeaks releases. In 2019, Roger Stone was convicted of lying to Congress and other charges; prosecutors stated that Stone's testimony was false and intended to protect Corsi.
