Jason Peterson: podcast appearances and interviews

Jason Kimball Peterson, born November 1, 1981, is an attorney, entrepreneur, producer, and media executive affiliated with Children’s of Alabama. He is the founder and chairman of GoDigital Media Group, a multi-national conglomerate. Throughout his career, Peterson has received numerous recognitions, including being named one of the 'Top 30 Entrepreneurs Under 30' by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2009. He was also honored with the 'Industry Leadership' Award by the Entertainment Merchants Association in 2014. From 2017 to 2021, he was recognized as a 'Top 40 under 40 Power Player' in music and home entertainment by Billboard magazine and Media Play News. Between 2019 and 2022, he appeared on Billboard's 'Indie Power Players List' and 'Latin Power Players List' for managing the rights of artist Daddy Yankee and for his acquisition of Mitú, a Latino digital media company. Peterson has collaborated with prominent artists including Daddy Yankee, Janet Jackson, Jason Derulo, Master P, and T.I. He has served as a director for organizations such as MERLIN, the American Association of Independent Music, the Worldwide Independent Network, and the Repertoire Data Exchange. Additionally, he has been involved with the Music Business Association, OTT.x, and the Music, Film and Entertainment Executive Board at City of Hope Hospital in Los Angeles. A graduate of the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and Pepperdine University School of Law, Peterson is an active member of the California Bar Association.
