Jamie Louise Anderson, born on September 13, 1990, is an American professional snowboarder known for her achievements in Olympic and X Games competitions. She secured the gold medal in the inaugural Women's Slopestyle Event at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, and repeated this feat at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea. Anderson is notably the first female snowboarder to win more than one Olympic gold medal. Her success extends to the Winter X Games, where she has claimed gold medals in slopestyle in consecutive years 2007/8 and 2012/3. Over her career, she has accumulated a total of 21 X Games medals, making her one of the most decorated female snowboarders in the history of the competition. Currently, she holds the position of President of Global Field Operations at the University of South Florida.
