Holly Smith: podcast appearances and interviews

Holly Smith, born on 14 March 1989, is an equestrian show jumper who has represented Great Britain in various international competitions. She was a member of the British team at the 2018 FEI World Equestrian Games held in Tryon, North Carolina. Additionally, she contributed to the team securing a bronze medal at the 2019 FEI European Championships in Rotterdam. During these events, she rode horses known affectionately as Hearts Destiny and Ted. Smith has also been chosen to compete for Great Britain at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo riding her horse Denver. Beyond her career in equestrian sports, she works as an intuitive coach at L and I's Workers' Compensation Determinations Unit.
