Hailey Kinsel, born October 3, 1994, is an American professional rodeo cowgirl specializing in barrel racing. She competes in the Women's Professional Rodeo Association and has achieved significant success at the National Finals Rodeo. Kinsel won the WPRA barrel-racing world championship in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022, marking her as a four-time world champion. In 2020, she also secured the NFR Average title. Her consistent performance has qualified her for the NFR nine consecutive times from 2017 through 2025, demonstrating her prominence in the sport. Kinsel has competed in rodeo since her adolescence, earning awards through high school, college, and her professional career, in both barrel racing and breakaway roping.
