During that season, she was a member of both the Los Angeles Sparks, participating in 12 games, and the Utah Starzz, playing in 8 games. Throughout her WNBA career, she averaged 2 points per game, with an average of 7.1 minutes played over 20 games. Alexander attended the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she was a player with the Gauchos. She graduated from UCSB in 1998.
