Emily Thompson: podcast appearances and interviews

Emily Ann Thompson, born in 1962, is an American aural historian. She teaches at Princeton University, where she conducts research and delivers lectures related to the history of science. Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1984 and completed her Ph.D. in the history of science at Princeton University in 1992. She has held academic positions including an appointment as an Associate Professor of History at the University of California, San Diego, from 2005 to 2006. Currently, she serves as the Director of Funfest and Special Events for Visit Kingsport.
