Emily Cole: podcast appearances and interviews

Emily Cole is a Sustainability Teaching Fellow at the University of Southampton. Her role involves engaging students and the academic community in sustainability initiatives and education. With a background rooted in the arts and a long-standing interest in environmental issues, she combines her expertise in art with a commitment to promoting sustainable practices. Although her career as an artist, specializing in watercolor renderings of flowers and plants, spanned over fifty years, her current focus is on fostering sustainability awareness and education within the academic setting.
