Elizabeth Lesser: podcast appearances and interviews

Elizabeth Lesser is the co-founder and senior adviser of the Omega Institute, the largest adult education center in the United States focusing on health, wellness, spirituality, and creativity. She has studied and worked with leading figures in healing, spiritual development, and cultural change for more than 30 years. Her work at Omega includes co-directing the organization, conducting curriculum research, organizing conferences, teaching, and writing the Omega catalog, which features prominent thinkers and practitioners. Lesser is the author of several books, including Broken Open: How Difficult Times Can Help Us Grow and A Seeker's Guide: Making Your Life a Spiritual Adventure. She has shared her work and teachings on platforms such as TED and Oprah's Super Soul Sunday. Lesser attended Barnard College and San Francisco State University. Before her work with Omega, she was a midwife and birth educator. She is active in environmental issues in New York's Hudson Valley, where she resides with her husband. She is also the mother of three sons.
