Eddie Hall: podcast appearances and interviews

Edward Stephen Hall, born on 15 January 1988, is a British retired strongman competitor known for his achievements in the sport. He is recognized for setting a former world record in the deadlift by lifting 500 kilograms (1,102 pounds). Hall also won the 2017 World's Strongest Man competition and has secured multiple titles within the national circuit, including England's Strongest Man, Britain's Strongest Man, and UK's Strongest Man. Beyond strongman competitions, he has participated in other sports such as boxing, arm wrestling, and mixed martial arts. In 2022, he was defeated by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson in boxing; in 2024, he lost to Brian Shaw in arm wrestling; and in 2025, he defeated Mariusz Pudzianowski in mixed martial arts. In the same year, he launched his own podcast titled The Good, the Bad and The Beast, which features interviews with various strongman athletes and other sports figures.
