Eamonn Holmes: podcast appearances and interviews

Eamonn Holmes is a Northern Irish broadcaster and journalist born on December 3, 1959. He co-presented ITV's breakfast programme GMTV from 1993 to 2005 and subsequently hosted Sunrise on Sky News from 2005 to 2016. From 2006 to 2021, Holmes co-presented ITV's This Morning on Fridays and during school holidays with Ruth Langsford, who was then his wife. In 2022, he began presenting the breakfast programme on GB News, initially alongside Isabel Webster. Holmes has also fronted various factual and entertainment series, including How the Other Half Lives from 2015 to 2019 and It's Not Me, It's You in 2016 for Channel 5. He was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2018 in recognition of his services to broadcasting. Holmes is actively involved in charitable work, supporting organizations such as Dogs Trust, Variety GB, and the Northern Ireland Kidney Patients' Association.
