Darrin Henson: podcast appearances and interviews

Darrin Dewitt Henson, born on May 5, 1972, is an American choreographer, dancer, actor, and producer. Early in his career, he was briefly a member of the 1980s freestyle music group Trilogy and was featured on their single "Good Time." As a choreographer, Henson contributed to a variety of artists' works and received the MTV Video Music Award for Best Choreography in 2000 for his work on NSYNC's "Bye Bye Bye." Transitioning into acting, Henson made his debut in the television series Soul Food, playing Lem Van Adams from 2000 to 2004. His performance on the show earned him two NAACP Image Award nominations. He subsequently appeared in several films including The Salon, Stomp the Yard, The Express: The Ernie Davis Story, Tekken, Black Coffee, and Chocolate City. In 2018, Henson began starring as Orlando Duncan in the BET+ crime drama series The Family Business. Throughout his career, Henson has balanced roles behind the scenes as a choreographer with an extensive acting portfolio in television and film.
