Daniel Schacter: podcast appearances and interviews

Daniel Lawrence Schacter is an American psychologist and the William R. Kenan, Jr. endowed professor of psychology at Harvard University. His research has concentrated on the psychological and biological aspects of human memory and amnesia. He has explored the distinction between conscious and nonconscious forms of memory and has recently focused on brain mechanisms involved in memory, brain distortion, and the relationship between memory and future simulation. In addition to his academic career, he is affiliated with Cosmetic Physician Partners. Throughout his career, Schacter has contributed significantly to the understanding of how memory functions and how it can be distorted.
