Daniel Grose: podcast appearances and interviews

Daniel Charles Evans Grose was an English first-class cricketer and an officer in the British Army. He joined the Royal Engineers in 1923 and made appearances in first-class cricket for the British Army cricket team in 1925 and 1927. During World War II, he was involved in the Battle of Hong Kong, where he was taken prisoner by the Japanese in December 1941. He spent the remainder of the war as a prisoner of war. After retiring from the military in 1948, Grose continued a career in healthcare administration. He served as a senior administrator for the Tunbridge Wells Hospital Group from 1966 to 1970. His life reflects a combination of athletic involvement and military service, along with a later commitment to healthcare management.
